Call up the Settings App. Click on Safari, on the left side.

 

Click on the link “Clear History and Website Data”

CHROME

Call up Chrome. Click the Three little dots, up on the top right.

That will pull down a menu. Select “Settings“.

Click “Privacy”

Click “Clear All”

Click “Done”

 

ALEKS should work now.
