If you have an app that STAYS black [which means the iPad has made room for it, but has NOT downloaded and installed it<\/em>], then MDS Tech might ask you to “do the dance”. Here are the steps:<\/p>\n

  1. Double-click the home button. Swipe up on ALL the apps you have running.<\/li>\n
  2. Hold down the power button on the top until the “Swipe to turn off” slider appears onscreen.<\/li>\n
  3. Swipe the slider to turn it off.<\/li>\n
  4. WAIT TEN INTERMINABLE MINUTES. While you are waiting, work on your homework…or ask someone what “interminable” means.<\/li>\n
  5. Start your iPad up.<\/li>\n
  6. Go to the black app.<\/li>\n
  7. If it has the name of the app, click it. That should change to the word “Waiting”.<\/li>\n
  8. Wait.<\/li>\n
  9. Wait some more.<\/li>\n
  10. Wait even longer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Let MDS Tech know when the app installs.<\/p>\n
