You’ll hand in your iPad, Charger block, AND Cable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HOW<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a 5 step process that is MUCH easier to do than to actually write about.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Passcode off [or set to all zeroes], AT LEAST 10% charge on the battery<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Fill out the paper form, SIGN IT<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Baggie –> write Name, MDS#, grade just completed on it WITH A SHARPIE. THEN stick the block and cable inside the bag.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Sticky note –> Write Name, MDS#, grade just completed. Place it on the iPad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Turn it into whoever is manning the station. DO NOT JUST LEAVE IT SOMEWHERE.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
