BEFORE you switch away from your old one:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-large-font-size\">Fire up Notability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-large-font-size\">Switch to Settings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-large-font-size\">Select iCloud<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-large-font-size\">TURN IT <strong>OFF<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-large-font-size\">Select &#8220;Keep on my iPad&#8221;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-large-font-size\">Switch to Autobackup.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-large-font-size\">Make ABSOLUTELY certain your files are backing up to Google Drive\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If they aren&#8217;t, set that up RIGHT NOW<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-large-font-size\">Swipe out of Notability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-large-font-size\">Settings &#8211;> Sign into your Managed AppleID.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">This will keep you from losing all of your Notability notes when you switch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are [slowly] migrating to using managed AppleIDs.
