Error with CACHE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n- Go to the home screen. <\/li>
- Click on the settings icon. <\/li>
- On the left side, scroll down and find SAFARI (about halfway down) and click on this setting. <\/li>
- On the right side, scroll down and find \u201cClear History and Website Data\u201d and click on this setting. <\/li>
- (Initially the text in this setting will be blue in color, after you click on it, it will turn gray)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Error with POP-UPS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n- Go to the home screen. <\/li>
- Click on the settings icon. <\/li>
- On the left side, scroll down and find SAFARI (about halfway down) and click on this setting. <\/li>
- On the right side, scroll down and find Block Pop-ups – make sure the button to the right is gray<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
ONCE YOU HAVE MADE THOSE CHANGES:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
- Logout out of Aleks.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>
- Double click on the home button and swipe out of all open apps (INCLUDING ALEKS).\u00a0<\/li>
- Press and hold the hibernation button (upper right) until the \u201cslide to power off\u201d screen appears.<\/li>
- Swipe to power off.<\/li>
- Wait 5-8 seconds.<\/li>
- Turn on iPad – press and hold the hibernation button until you see the Apple logo.\u00a0<\/li>
- Enter your passcode to move to the home screen.\u00a0 <\/li>
- Load ALEKS to start again!<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
