Make sure all your photos and videos are backed up.<\/li><li>Fire up Notability. <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/tech2.mountdesales.net\/?p=1199\" target=\"_blank\">Make sure your documents are being backed up to Drive.<\/a><\/li><li>Change your passcode to ALL ZEROS.<\/li><li>Gather up your charger AND cables<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Missing either<\/strong>? DO NOT go out and buy one. We&#8217;ll send you a bill, which will be cheaper than you buying it.  ESPECIALLY do not go to the convenience store or Ollie&#8217;s and pick a cheapie. They pose a serious risk to the iPad due to cheap components that can fry your iPad. <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/tech2.mountdesales.net\/?p=1069\" target=\"_blank\">Seriously<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Things to bring to your turnin session:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Your iPad<\/li><li>Cable<\/li><li>Charger Block<\/li><li>Tape a note to your iPad [SAVE TIME!]<ul><li>Your name<\/li><li>Grade just completed<\/li><li>MDS number<\/li><li>Make a note if the screen is cracked, or if anything is missing <\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Questions Answered:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What if my cable or charger ore missing?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We&#8217;ll send you a bill. See above paragraph.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What if my cable or charger are damaged?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Turn them in. You&#8217;ll be in the clear. Send an email to The iPad Guy if you&#8217;d like to know the thinking here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>When and where do I turn in my stuff?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Check your email. That schedule has or will be sent out. iPad turnin will happen in the ARC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What might I be charged for?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Typically we charge for <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Missing parts [cable, charger block]<\/li><li>A case that is damaged beyond reasonable wear and tear. [<em>Yes, we have stories&#8230;..<\/em>]<\/li><li>Cracked screen [<em>Note that sometimes we don&#8217;t catch the cracked screen until later, as we are organizing the iPads. In that case we will contact you.<\/em>]<\/li><li>An iPad that shows obvious mistreatment [<em>For example, a bent iPad.
